  Colonial Mortgage made the home-buying process incredibly simple and easy. We knew from the very first call that this would be the lender we'd choose. Ed answered all of our (many) questions, offered competitive rates, and removed all complexity from the entire process. Whenever we called or texted, the replies were almost immediate. Where other lenders gave us only a few of the important fees on the initial disclosure documents, Ed provided us with exact amounts (and estimates for unknowns) so we would not have any surprises when the final disclosure document was put together. It's the little things like this that make the process of buying a home a bit less stressful. I highly recommend Colonial Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home in Florida!

  I can't say enough about Tracy and Ed's expertise and support. They went above and beyond to help us close ont he home. It was turnbulent as the state did not release the downpayment funds for 2 months. But Ed & Tracy worked with us through this and came up with an alernative solution. Fortunately, the state finally released the downpayment assistance funds. But Ed & Tracy did everything possible to help us and work with our preferences. I highly recommned them!
