  This place is absolutely amazing. Emily has been a huge help. This place feels very hospitable compared to all the other places we've looked at so far. We're in love with everything here. 10/10 would recommend to everyone interested

  Been living here for a year, my partner and I love it! they always do a nice job maintaining the complex, neighbors are respectful and quiet, they do routine pest control too which is great. If something stops working they will get to work to fix right away, very happy with Colonial Drive Apartments, Emely is the nicest person ever too! Hope they sort the mailbox situation soon though! sometimes I can't pick up mail because it's past 5pm and office is closed but I heard that's beyond their control, other than that management is doing a fantastic job here!

  Colonial Drive Apartments are good if you are having to start over. Emely is very nice and professional. She is also very hands on and walks throughout the property often. My neighbors are friendly. Now area isn’t 5 star in my opinion but I’ve never had any issues.

  Emely es muy amable y siempre nos ayuda con las cosas que no conocemos, muy cervical. Los de mantenimiento están limpiando y pintando y todo está muy bonito. El área del laundry eta siempre limpia y el área de la piscina también, es agradable ver todo bonito y limpio y la grama siempre bien atendida, Gracias a todos por el mantenimiento y las atenciones.
