  I’ve been to a lot of shops and bought a lot of bikes over the years, but I have to say — the customer service at Colonial is second to none. Even though I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, the staff were incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. What really sets them apart is their level of service after the sale — they’re just as helpful and responsive once you’ve walked out the door. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. Highly recommend!

  The customer service at Colonial Bicycle Company is not only the best I've experienced at a bike shop, but the best customer service I have experienced at any store of any kind! The care the staff takes in making buying and servicing a bike enjoyable is a rarity in any retail store these days. I would never buy a bike or a bike accessory anywhere else!
