The sales person, Tom, was honest, personable,and most importantly very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions to guide me to the perfect choices. The entire process of purchasing to installation was seamless. The team installing the dishwasher and over the stove convection microwave were immaculate. I love my appliances! On the phone they Make sure to have exactly the right measurements which was important because we had a margin of about a quarter of an inch but they nailed it. The delivery and installation process was flawless and extremely quick and professional (and had to take down a door and put it right back up in the proper place). Amazing. Highly recommend Colonial.
