  Came to service Garage door springs for my grandfather. Right off the bat, We attempted to get the cars out of the garage so they can be as close to the garage as possible as he was pulling in. We were met with frustration. My grandfather is in a walker and the garage door was shut so he did not have the ability to get his pressure washer, air compressor and a half a bag of mulch out of the way for their step ladder. When the guy came in, he was putting pressure on him for having stuff in the way. My grandfather frantically started to move the stuff. He almost fell backwards on his head, and thankfully, I just got there in time to catch him. The older gentleman had absolutely no will to be helpful in moving the very few things out of the way. There was a younger gentleman who just got out of the service who is very kind and thankfully was helpful and it took us about two minutes to have the area cleaned so they could service it. Eventually, the older guy started saying to sit down and relax to my grandfather, and that he didn’t want him to get hurt after the scene. I’m not one to send a bad review or to complain, but as someone who works in construction and also blue-collar services, it’s typically customary to be kind even when frustrated. I will say, The service was reasonably priced for sure, and the fellas work efficiently.

  The best. Safety oriented, quick, fair billing, personable. We've been their client for decades and won't accept any other companies touching our doors. Robert is one of the best techs in any field I've dealt with. If you're in a pinch they'll take care of you.

  I have hired this company more then once to work on several properties. Today we had an emergency. We called Collins, the tech was named Bob. They showed up within an hour and did a very good job. Bob is nice to work with and he has a great mechanical skill set. Thank you for the fast response with satisfying results.

  Collins took my call and we set a time for a technician to come over. A friendly technician came right on time at 8 AM (the very start of the window for their arrival) and heard my issues with my garage door not closing, and now, barely operating. He ended up figuring out the issue was the limiter (or something similar sounding haha) and popped a new one in and it was fixed instantly. The service fee and part were VERY reasonable and I appreciated the help. He was even friendly with my new puppy and dealt with me needing to take her for a walk around front during the repair. I highly recommend Collins as the process from phone call to visit was exceptional. Thanks again!
