Why am I being charged for items that I placed on October 2? He’s telling me it might be a minute to they complete the transaction when I made the purchase the money was gone instantly and now these people have took 70 something dollars out of my account They had me on -117. This is just ridiculous. There’s no way that they can charge us for items that you pay for on a second and today is the sixth. I’m closing my account with these company. They are stealing other people have already made comments about how they are colors on the comments in different locations. I don’t know what it is, but I would not deal with a bank that’s taking money out of my account. And the transactions are still saying, pending after they are already took money out of my account putting me on negative this has to be illegal
- NNNateJul 8, 20255.0I bank with a division of glacier bank out of state. I decided to open a new account through Collegiate Peaks Bank, and I couldn’t figure out what I needed to do to log in. When I called, I expected either AI robot responses or a worker annoyed by my call. Instead, I got the pleasure of being helped by Taylor! Not only was he incredibly kind and patient, but he also made it his personal goal to professionally and efficiently help me figure out exactly what I needed to do and how to get everything up and running. Even when I was satisfied with the process, he still went the extra mile to ensure everything worked exactly as intended. Overall, was a very pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend the bank. Thank you again, Taylor!
