I bank with a division of glacier bank out of state. I decided to open a new account through Collegiate Peaks Bank, and I couldn’t figure out what I needed to do to log in. When I called, I expected either AI robot responses or a worker annoyed by my call. Instead, I got the pleasure of being helped by Taylor! Not only was he incredibly kind and patient, but he also made it his personal goal to professionally and efficiently help me figure out exactly what I needed to do and how to get everything up and running. Even when I was satisfied with the process, he still went the extra mile to ensure everything worked exactly as intended. Overall, was a very pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend the bank. Thank you again, Taylor!

I recently had the pleasure of opening a business account at Collegiate Peaks Bank, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and efficient.
John S, the bank representative who assisted me, deserves special recognition. His expertise and professionalism made the process incredibly easy. He patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the necessary paperwork, and ensured that I understood every step.
The bank’s commitment to customer service is evident. Their online banking services, including bill payment and money transfer, are user-friendly and convenient. Plus, they offer a range of financial solutions, from checking and savings accounts to home equity and commercial loans.
If you’re looking for a reliable bank with exceptional service, I highly recommend Collegiate Peaks Bank. Ask for John S – he’ll make your banking experience a breeze!
Great and fast service as well as friendly staff make this a very easy and stress-free bank for any service one may need.

Worst bank. We are a small nonprofit and purchased a property via their mortgage reps to expand animal welfare efforts. Two days before closing they increased our down payment from 35% to 55%... TWO DAYS before closing. They also forced my husband and I to be guarantors on the property despite THEIR OWN PAPERWORK sating nonprofits do not need guarantors. Watch out for their shady credit card program, too. For over 8 weeks a $3,500 payment was taken out of our checking account, and went to some mysterious "holding account in preparation to pay the bill". The CC's took 4+ weeks to have the balance paid --- a free loan to Collegiate on the backs of a small nonprofit! Josh and many of his staff were absolutely terrible at communicating, and after 4 consistent emails (with him on the email thread) he claimed "he thought our issues had been addressed". My drivers were stuck on countless occasions with cards that weren't working, with zero resolve. Our CC accounts and checking accounts STILL have not been properly closed despite my request in writing SEVERAL weeks ago. VERY SHADY and absolutely unethical.... Our donors are FURIOUS.
