The employees are always helpful and gracious when assisting you. I really enjoy the wine tasting and pairing of food item at the Connections counter.

I had raw meat in with my toothpaste and tortillas, ice cream in with boxes of pasta making them wet and warped, and heavy cans squashing my veggies. Also it seems that we had 3 or 4 coupons that we either couldn't locate the free items or they were out of stock.
- CWCHRIS WILLIAMSOct 5, 20254.0H E Butt Grocery's newest San Antonio location features a bright, airy, spotless store with wide aisles and a massive selection of goods. Access is convenient from the frontage road and Blanco Rd. The restrooms are at the far left side of the store and were difficult to locate; several customers needed to ask store personnel for directions. A large hanging banner at the main part of the store might be more effective than the banner at the toilets themselves. The layout overall is puzzling and will take several visits to get comfortable navigating. Downloading and using the My H-E-B mobile app to locate which aisle an item is on is STRONGLY recommended! WiFi was reliable and was easy to connect to. This location features True Texas BBQ with restaurant-quality food prepared on site. As a matter of point, it IS a full restaurant and was a beautiful sight to see. But regretfully, there is no H-E-B Go scan-and-go setup at this location. Making this service a standard feature at all new construction locations would be a welcome thing.
