Do you charge to come out even when there is a repair?
Our diagnostic fee is priced at $99.00 and comes with a full unit diagnosis of the unit issue. Any repairs found during the visit will be discussed with you and you may accept or decline moving forward with repair at that time. We offer a club membership that can also help you save on our Diagnostic fee as well as qualify you for 10% off of repairs. Please ask our office staff for more details on the Coooolair comfort club membership and we will be happy to go over the details on how to save you the most money and provide you with the best quality services for your home.

Yes we do. Our Coooolair comfort club membership is a great savings!! For just $19.95 a month you recieve priority service, 2x tune ups a year = ($175 value) , 10% off any repair, it keeps parts warranties valid, and you also get to save $ on the diagnostic fee- M/F 8-5pm our members are waived from the $99.00 service fee.
