  Attorney Smola and Legal Assistant Rebecca Hopkins were a great help in assisting me with an unusual issue that is to complicated to explain in this post. After contacting many law firms who would not take on my case Attorney Smola did with a positive outcome .

  I hired Attorney Mary Jeanne Stone with the expectation that she would represent my interests effectively and professionally. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Throughout the time I worked with her, she failed to communicate effectively with the opposing attorney, which in turn created unnecessary delays and complications in my case. This lack of communication caused frustration and setbacks that could have been avoided with more diligence and responsiveness. On top of that, I was grossly overbilled for many months for work that I believe was questionable at best. The billing practices felt excessive and unfair, especially considering the lack of meaningful progress on my case. Overall, I did not feel that I received the level of service or advocacy that I was paying for. I cannot recommend Attorney Stone, and I would strongly advise others to carefully reconsider before retaining her services.

  I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for this firm being the only firm to take my case. It was a long and difficult road with a ton of obstacles. Over a matter of almost 5years. This team stayed the course with either weekly or monthly updates as to how we were progressing. I say we because this team gets so invested you are and become apart of their team. From the the Partners Amber & Thomas to all the attorneys that stepped in and up this firm really cares about getting the job done! Thank you so much for getting me the closure I needed and bringing it home. I will never forget your diligence, patience, empathy, professionalism and most importantly your dedication!   I am so glad I contacted Cohen Cleary, P.C. I was faced with difficult Allegations in a sensitive family matter.. There was an initial period where I presented everything to Cohen Cleary and we went back and forth with numerous emails. A lot of information was presented by me in my defense . Cohen Cleary explained to me my options and strong leadership ,advise and a very sound "game plan "-my works ...to proceed forward. As new issues came my way I presented everything to them and Cohen Cleary got back to me after they researched matters, and how this would move forward.Cohen Cleary always projected confidence ,clarity and concern for my legal matter! A teleconference was scheduled at their Office with investigators and the Firms Staff are all amazing. Everything went great. Kiran Mistry-Patel Esq. was with me through this ordeal She is EXCELLENT amazing, confident and strong in advise and knowledge!! Kiran got back to me with these results...
