Years of insurance through State Farm. This is the worst agent office. Specifically the billing specialist. Multiple issues with incorrect billing, months of calling and waiting for corrections, switched agent offices and it turns out that they didn’t even correctly note the last re-billing to correct a mistake.

I want to appreciate Ariel Vasquez for helping me get my first insurance, he was very polite, helpful, and patient with me, he gave me really good information and a good quote for being under 25 and having a two-door sports car it was fair and understandable and he helped me out with all my questions to understand everything better for a first timer like me.
