The Coddingtown Mall Apartments provide a unique opportunity to live amongst redwood trees in an urban city environment. This complex consists entirely of 1-bedroom apartments in an established apartment community consisting of a total of 230 rental units. The property provides desirable amenities such as on-site laundry, one-assigned carport parking space, and professionally maintained landscaping. Inside each 600 square-foot apartment, you will find neutral paint colors, carpeted living room and bedroom, vinyl kitchen and bathroom flooring, garbage disposal, an electric stove, a refrigerator, and a walk-in closet.
The upstairs apartments have vaulted ceilings with access to a balcony, and the downstairs apartments have private patios. During the construction of this apartment complex, to provide maximum sound control, extra care was taken when pouring 1 ½” of lightweight concrete between the floors and framing the double stud walls with extra insulation between units.
The property is centrally located near the: Coddingtown Shopping Center, Social Security Office, Post Office, Public Transportation, and so much more!
Great place to live! Helpful office staff and quick turnaround on repairs. Very good value for your rent money. A million times better than Annadel Apartments down the street where I lived for 3 years.

Never had a single issue with ANY of the staff here. When I put in a "fix it ticket," maintenance is there within 24 hours, usually much less. Well maintained, beautiful grounds. Located very close to city and county bus mini transit mall, Smart Train, and large shopping center that includes Whole Foods and Target.

I never rented here but I did apply and my experience was anything but great. The leasing manager, Julie, was professional at first until she saw my credit score. During the application process she was attentive and communicated easily with me. After receiving my $30 application fee and seeing my credit score things turned sour. She sent me an email stating that she would email me once she heard back from corporate about my application. 7 days passed by and I had to call and email her to get an updated. She sent me an email stating that she had sent a denial letter to an address that I NO LONGER live at. Meaning I would never receive the letter and she was aware of this. Indicating that she is anything but professional once you are considered ineligible to live at Coddington Mall apartments. She happily took my $30 but couldn’t communicate with me after that. I’d advise that you look somewhere else.
I’d also like to add that she knew that I didn’t have good credit to begin with and yet she took an application fee. This goes to show just how professional they are at Coddington Mall Apartments. They only care about you when you are a potential tenant, but they don’t bother with professionalism when you are no longer eligible.

Grumpy mean landlord couples. Apparently you can even hang a small rug over the fence or put your shoes out by the door. Buy and be wared! Don't believe it, try it.
