Generally had good reviews and was close to home, so took a purse in initially to get a new hole punched into the strap because it was too long. He suggested shortening the strap because a new hole wouldn't look as nice, with the excess strap hanging off. Decided to go with his suggestion. Price was reasonable, but should've been a red flag. I got the bag back after about a month (ticket said pick up date was a few days out), and the stitching looks horrible. Holes aren't lined up and the stitching isn't uniform. Don't even want to carry this bag because of how bad it looks. Doing two stars because at least the price was low. Wish I had gone with just getting a hole in the strap.

Same grease spots but spent about $70. Never said a word. I even called and left vm with no response. Take your business elsewhere.
