  Rick did an amazing job on a very dirty property. The concrete, the brick, and the wood fence all look refreshed. I can finally spend time on the patio and not feel like I’m in the middle of a mold/fungus grow lab. Highly recommend!

  What an incredible transformation from dirty, dingy, mildewed, gross house on the block to WOW, that’s the best looking house on the block!! Mr. Clark and his team of professionals provided a clear and concise estimate detailing what would do for the very reasonable price, and had me on the schedule the next day! 😳 I was very excited to see the transformation and man what a difference a good washing can make on a little ole’ house on the island. They were super conscious and careful with all of my cameras and doorbell security systems, cared for the grass and plants around my house, and took even better care an concern for a window that wasn’t sealed due to the laser engraver exhaust port in the lower part of the window. There wasn’t a drop of water on the interior of my house and I can’t thank them enough for this level of care…hardwood floors don’t like water…lol. This company is professional, respectful, and super easy to deal with as it relates to getting your house cleaned up. Oh, almost forgot to mention that they even cleaned the exterior of my trash can that gets rolled to the curb. No extra charges or hidden fees. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them for your next service!!

  Rick was right on time as well, worked non-stop and the work he did was outstanding. Our home looks brand new again. He was the best we’ve EVER used to soft wash our entire house AND screen in back porch

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING POWER WASH SERVICE! BEST POWER WASH EVER HAD...Mr Rick arrived on time, reviewed areas to be washed, was extremely thorough, conscientious and meticulous. The white trim on my home SHINES BRIGHT & the grey color isnt dingy with dirt and mold - looks like i just had the home repainted! Have received compliments from neighbors and of course, shared Mr. Rick's name and number. Best of all - 3200 sq ft home was very reasonably priced - under $500. COASTAL SOFT POWER WASH has my loyalty! 😊
