  I have had the best customer service and dealt with people who really care about my situation. The service manager, Jena, has listened to me, has supported me, and has made me feel valued. And I’m a brand new caller!!! She really has gone beyond my expectations. I’ve been with brand X company where I put up with so much customer neglect. Jena has really made a difference. I wish I had switched to Coastal Pools years ago!

  Coastal Pools did a first class job of constructing our large concrete pool with a number of customized features. Coastal was well-organized throughout the project and provided us with a detailed pamphlet up front that described every step in the process so we always knew what was coming next. Lee Petty, the project manager, always made himself available to answer any questions we had and keep us informed as to what was happening and what to expect. We would certainly recommend Coastal Pools to anyone considering a similar project

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my backyard project than working with Coastal Pools. From design/concept to water in the pool everything was meticulously managed and delivered. Special thanks to my Project Manager Lee for his great attention to detail and their Project Coordinator, Dani, who ensured everything was done in a timely manner. If you are looking for a pool company who is highly efficient, excellent communication, and delivers a top notch project: look no further. 10/10

  Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Coastal. The high points was Zach the business developer, cannot say enough about him, class act. The other high point are the connections Coastal has with its sub contractors, they are amazing and incredible skilled, worth its weight in gold. Our pool looks amazing because of those expert contractors. The staff (other than Zach) are bullies, verbally abusive and some of the emails were surprising to read. They are overwhelmed with work and the stress level is over the top. Yes weather had something to do with a two week renovation that took over 8 weeks, but they were not experts in project management. As an example, after the plaster was done, a huge pump was in the pool running non-stop, nobody knew what that was for. Vincent, Mel, Jason, Dani and Jacob, were just incredible rude and stressed, taking it out on clients like myself. They committed to things for our pool and it was reversed, like support with our auto-cover. They did not believe in real time communications, called the office countless times to speak with Mel and others and they just replied via their portal, lack of customer service. In summary, the sub-contractor were absolutely amazing but everything else with regards to the project management skills by Coastal corporate was horrible. After much delays and heartache, the pool was done and looks amazing, but exhausting.............
