  I had to do callback to have a poor caulking job, that another employee recently did, fixed. Ralph made it right and did an outstanding job so I'm changing my review from one star to five stars. Thanks, Ralph!

  I e-mailed Coastal late Tuesday evening 1/27/2020. When I returned from an appointment Wednesday morning, 1/28/2020, there was a call on my answering machine from Taylor. My husband returned his call and Taylor said he would come out this afternoon. He arrived when he said he would. Turns out, he looked in the attic, and we do not need new blown in insulation. No charge!! I have used Coastal before and I definitely recommend them!! Thank you Coastal and Taylor. Nancy and Rick
