  Where do I begin with Calla at Coastal Spas? She is simply the best! Incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond for her clients. Calla made the entire spa buying process so incredibly easy. As a first-time spa owner, I had numerous questions, and she was exceptionally patient, kind, and thorough in addressing each one. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Calla truly deserves more than 5 stars for her outstanding service!

  First-time hot tub purchase for an out-of-state vacation rental home. I worked with Calla at Coastal Hot Tubs. She was phenomenal. She answered all my questions before I even had to ask. She was pleasant, upbeat, knowledgeable and honest. She didn't try to sell me things she knew I didn't want or need. She went above and beyond to place the order quicky and efficiently. She was extremely responsive and I couldn't have felt more confident in my purchase. Customer Service such as this nearly impossible to find these days. I was so impressed. I highly recommend using Coastal Hot Tubs for your future purchases and service!

  I have NOTHING but praise for this company. I wasn't really sure what I wanted in a hot tub and they were so helpful and informative. I bought the Marquis Crown Series Epic spa. And the Microsilk upgrade has done wonders for for the my skin! I have sensitive skin and I've noticed that my skin is softer and less dry than it used to be. They laid a concrete pad for me and did your 220v electrical hook up, which was amazing! All in all I'm so happy with my purchase! Will definitely recommend to my friends in the future.

  My wife and I have been looking for a hot tub for quite sometime. After visiting Calla at Coastal Hot Tubs, we found the hot tub for us! She took her time to understand our needs and wants. She guided us through the buying process seamlessly. Calla was low key, extremely knowledgeable, and made the process fun!! I highly highly recommend Coastal Hot Tubs!
