  My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service and expertise exhibited by Jay Hall with Coastal Air Plus. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions in addition to providing several options to assist us with our system and strategy going forward. We are very confident in his diagnosis of our issue and are grateful Coastal Air was recommended to us.

  So far, I have had very positive experiences with Coastal Air Plus. The HVAC workers Jay Hall and Quincy Fields were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly accessed and identified the problem with my mini split hvac system. The problem was explained to me and then recommendations were made to solve it. Everything worked out in the end. Thank you Jay and Quincy.

  Jesse was very knowledgeable and very kind and found the problem with my garbage disposal. I did not need a new disposal because he used a wrench to fix the one that I have. I want to thank him very much for what he did to help me. Coastal service was very good at answering my call and sending someone that morning, very good company that we have used them before.

  Carl Welch was our technician on today’s visit from Coastal Air for a routine maintenance check up. Carl, like everyone who has called on us from Coastal Air was professional knowledgeable, patient with my limited knowledge of the things he did to improve our system today. It is obvious to me that senior management at Coastal Air feels hiring knowledgeable and professional employees is a top priority. Great people, great company.

  I had an issue with a previous HVAC company, and I needed a second opinion. I called coastal air, and they sent out Darren GOIDA as their representative. He was right on time, presented himself professionally, and he did a thorough examination of the AC system.. He then came in and explained what he found and what needed to be done. He then went over the pricing And offered all the discounts that his company would allow. At no time did he exaggerate his findings or what needed to be done nor did he pressure me for an immediate decision. He represented his company extremely And I will use coastal air in the future.
