  Gabby and Tamara were amazing to work with. They made setting up my business account super easy and walked me through every step without making it feel overwhelming. Both of them were patient, friendly, and really knew their stuff. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  I want to express my sincere gratitude, and gratefulness for Assistant Branch Manager Tamara Richardson! Tamara you are awesome, and I left your branch beyond satisfied getting my account opened with you guys. I love it already, Tamara went above and beyond and took the time to understand my needs, and also my concerns unrelated to this specific branch. Not only did Tamara provide a warm welcome, but allowed me to speak with her and made time to take care of my needs in a positive manner. I could not be more grateful for her. I was about in tears in her Office, and Tamara provided a calming spirit. Tamara showed me everything she was doing on the screen while opening my account. Thank you once more for all you have done for me Tamara. I pray God continues to bless you, and God continues to keep you with CME Federal Credit Union. This Branch is phenomenal.

  This review has nothing to do with the people inside the bank! They are very nice. My issue is the ATM!! Why can’t we deposit checks or cash? It’s VERY ANNOYING. Trying to use the app to deposit checks, doesn’t work! Can we PLEASE address this ISSUE!? I have to make another trip! Just to go inside the bank. 😡
