    Darrick Hawkins was very helpful in resolving an ongoing problem I’ve had with my accounts. He was knowledgeable, patient and worked at troubleshooting until the problem was solved.

    I recently became a small business owner and started looking for a bank I could actually trust. I reached out to a few bigger, national institutions and felt like I was just being sold to, -lots of pressure, very little patience. That was NOT the case with CME FCU in Clintonville. From the start, the team at the Clintonville branch, -especially Don and his team, were kind, professional, and took my LLC small business dreams seriously. They made the set-up process easy and never rushed me through anything. Anytime I had a question (and there were many), they took the time to walk me through it, so I felt confident. Since becoming a member, I also really appreciate the 2-step authentication steps that the app/ website requires... security and trust really matters, and I feel like my money and my business are in good hands. I am THRILLED with my decision to bank locally. I highly recommend CME if you want real people that you can relate to who actually care about helping you achieve your financial goals.

    I can not recommend this lender. At first everything was moving along smoothly in our home buying process then a little over a week before we were set to close they basically killed the deal. The underwriter that handled our application must be out of their mind. They requested that we pay to have an “issue” with the basement fixed prior to closing that wasn’t an issue on our own inspection along with fixing a sistern that had already been filled in due to it being a “safety hazard”. Not only did this cause major issues for us but it also made it hard on the seller. So avoid if you can because most other lenders would not request something like this so late in the process especially for a conventional loan.
