  I started training with Gurinder on 16th September, and honestly, it’s one of the best decisions have made for myself. From that day till now, I have not only seen changes in my body but also in my mindset and confidence.Before, I never really felt motivated to go to the gym - I used to start and stop often. But since I began training with Gurinder, everything feels different. His way of guiding, motivating, and making every session meaningful has completely changed my attitude toward fitness.He genuinely cares about his clients and pays attention to small details.He pushes you to do better every time but in a way that feels supportive, not pressured.I can see real results in my body, but what means more to me is how strong and confident I feel from within. I actually look forward to going to the gym now.I took sessions before from other trainers and always stopped in between and now i don't even need to think for a single sec to get enrol myself in more sessions with him. All i can say he is the best and i am really grateful for his effort, patience, and positive energy. Truly thankful to have such a dedicated and genuine trainer helping me become the best version of myself. I highly recommend others if you want personal trainer for best results Gurinder is the one of the best trainer.

  Please explain why members with EXTREME UNHYGIENIC BODY ODOUR is allowed to walk past the check in counter and enter a public paid gym area and put the other members in a situation where its disgusting & uncomfortable to the point where u can not train and have to relocate. IS GOOD HYGIENE NOT A REQUIREMENT WHEN ENTERING THE FACILITY !!???!!!???

  Extremely poor experience at Club 16 Surrey Central. The supervisor told me the registration fee was $1 and the bi-weekly fee was $14.99. When I returned to register, the staff charged me $65 without explaining hidden fees (PPF, card fees, etc.). I immediately requested a refund. Despite repeated emails and calls, no response came, and I was later told it could take 4–6 weeks. Misleading information, hidden charges, and unprofessional service make this very frustrating. I urge management to look into my case, refund my money promptly, and take serious action against the employees responsible. NOT RECOMMENDED

  So I requested them to cancel my membership one month at the beginning of September and they deducted money for 3 times after the notice day. This is disgusting. The day I give notice it means am done. I requested them for refund for those three transactions and they denied. I tried so many gyms this never happened anywhere. This is totally scam. Worst experience ever.

  I signed up for a "free membership" program in the summer. Of course it isn't actually free as there were certain costs such as the activation fee, etc. However, that was fine, as I was TOLD about that. What I was not told about is one of the scummiest business tactics I've ever seen. When I signed up, I was told I could cancel at anytime for NO EXTRA FEES. However, they make you sign a contract, and what the employees tell you is very different from what the terms in the contract are. They claim you must provide a 1 month cancellation notice and thus you must pay fees for that month that you won't be using the gym for. Why am I paying for something I'm not using? The entire business model revolves around misleading consumers, which, might I add, is ILLEGAL. I even tried to ask the employee who worked there when I cancelled to just remove my payment information when he told me of this, and he showed me that he couldn't. They LOCK ur payment information with no way to remove it so that when they mislead you, they can keep taking money without your consent. Even with this, I sent a online support request that I was misled and not aware of this 1 month notice policy. The manager replied (after a long wait) and basically told me that this was their policy and I had to deal with it. Given how even the MANAGEMENT doesn't care about the consumer, I recommend staying away from this gym. Don't give money to a business that has 0 care for their customers and will mislead for profits. I was given no compensation or refund as I requested and I guarantee there are many people with a similar story.
