    I’ve been training with Ada for the last 6 weeks and I can honestly say she’s completely changed how I feel about the gym. I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made and a big part of this is that Ada is so invested in my progress and really cares about helping me improve, and is always celebrating every win right along with me! She brings such great energy to every session and has such a talent for making workouts fun while still pushing me to do my best. She’s also amazing at breaking down proper form so I always know I’m doing things safely and correctly. Ada is an incredible trainer and such an asset to this gym, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the rest of the staff here too, everyone is so welcoming and supportive which just adds to how great the experience feels every time I walk in.

    I did 24 personal training sessions with John, and tbh I couldn’t recommend him enough. He puts in the effort to get to know you - your goals, what you struggle with, and what motivates you. He knows how to push you just the right amount so it always feels doable and never overwhelming. He also offers a ton of practical advice for working out as well as a deep understanding of exercise science. Very friendly guy, he's always a guy you would look forward to seeing. It doesn't matter how much experience you have, or whatever situation you are in -- John is the #1 trainer.

    We had excellent training from Mr Surya Vinod. It was short time as we are moving to Seatless, USA. His techniques were amazing. I could do push ups at this age and many more squats which I thought couldn’t do. Thanks to him Mr Zian and other staff in gym here, help and pleasing treatment. Miss you all, bye.

    Training with Mustafa has been a great experience. I began with no knowledge of gym equipment or workout routines, but through his clear guidance and encouragement, I’ve gained the confidence to train independently. He’s attentive, supportive, and ensures proper nutrition and hydration. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and motivating trainer.

    I can’t recommend Nathan enough as a personal trainer. I did 24 sessions with him and from the very first session, his energy, encouragement, motivation, and expertise stood out. In addition to his obvious expertise and competence in training, he was always personable, patient, and fun. I always enjoyed my conversations with Nathan and always learned something new. Nathan's workouts were progressively challenging and I could slowly see gains in strength and body composition. He provided great information and encouragement on how to workout on my own as well as good advice on how to improve my gains over time. Nathan was extremely patient and took the time to explain proper form and technique so I felt confident and safe. With Nathan, I finally understood the importance of correct breathing and what a difference it makes to a workout. I truly appreciate Nathan's training style, so much so that I purchased another package and will travel from Kits to Brentwood so I can continue working with him. I know that with Nathan's help, I will improve even more. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely motivating trainer, I highly recommend working with Nathan. I’m so grateful for the positive impact he's had on my fitness journey! P.S. Love the staff and the gym too.
