I’ve been coming here consistently for the last 4-5 months. There is a lot of space to workout, less packed then most other gyms, and the staff is friendly!
Shout out to Albara, he has tremendous customer service, was kind, and helped answer all of my questions.

Some staff (one in particular) is very rude and unhelpful. For example, I Forgot my pass to scan so asked the front desk staff to use my phone number to get let me in and she just sort of shrugged and said I need an app, even though I’ve used my phone number several times before. She then just stared at me like I was supposed to leave.
I had a one-year agreement with Club Sixteen and I honestly did not expect that my membership would be automatically renewed without my explicit consent. I admit that I should have informed them earlier if I did not want to renew, and I can accept that part as my own mistake.
However, when I called to cancel, I was told I needed to pay for two bi-weekly payments before closing the account, and I accepted that. But then they charged me a full annual fee for the next year, even though I had already canceled my membership days before that annual fee was due.
I have emailed them several times explaining that I do not intend to use their services anymore, and I still get the same response that I “must” pay the annual fee. This feels completely unfair, especially because I canceled before the annual fee date.
Honestly, I am very disappointed. Instead of valuing their members, this gym seems more focused on squeezing money out of people. I would not recommend Club Sixteen to anyone.
