  I had a bad experience today in Club 16, South Surrey location. I want to talk with the manager about some feedback, one example is one equipment was broken on the second floor, and nobody has provided maintenance in 2 months. When I approached the manager, he is very defensive, insisted everything in the gym was reasonable and they did their best. He did not even allow me to finish talking and threatened to call the police because he deemed I was aggressive; actually, I am 100% sure I was not. The manager is not a listener and is not open to feedback. He has no awareness of service; I am really not comfortable talking with him anymore. if you don't want to get disappointed, better choose another place for the gym.

  I’ve had a great experience at Club 16 South Surrey, and I really want to highlight Theresa at the front desk. She’s always welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly every time I come in. She remembers people by name, creates a positive first impression, and makes the whole place feel more inviting. Even when it’s busy, Theresa handles everything with ease and a great attitude. She definitely sets the tone for a great workout the moment you walk through the door.

  Be aware of your locker being broke into by staff... Dishonest staffs. Don't leave anything expensive in locker they keep it for themselves and put cheap or used items in lost and found.

  🚫 Worst Gym Experience Ever – Club 16 She’s Fit 🚫 Without my permission, they broke the lock on my locker! My valuable belongings – creatine powder, cream, gloves, belt, hoodie, and many other new workout essentials – were stolen. I was forced to wait over two hours because staff told me my items had been “locked in a drawer so they wouldn’t get lost.” After two hours, a careless, unprofessional manager showed up and claimed my valuable, brand-new items had been “thrown in the garbage.” Yet they conveniently kept other people’s old, useless items like water bottles and t-shirts, which they placed on a table. So the cheap stuff stays, but my expensive, brand-new gear somehow “goes missing.” This is either outright theft inside the club or a complete cover-up by management. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Because of this incident, they caused me severe anxiety, stress, and even tears. No customer should ever be treated this way. ❌ I will never set foot in this gym again. ❌ I strongly warn others to stay far away. ❌ Dishonest staff and careless management – they steal valuable items and give ridiculous excuses. Club 16 She’s Fit = Zero Stars ⭐️
