  I took my car in for a wash on 8/19/2025. I dont believe their under body wash was working at all because it was just as dirty as when I brought it in. Makes me wonder if my under carriage ever gets washed especially during the winter. Very disappointed.

  I rarely write negative reviews, but this place is so over the top terrible that something needs to be said. Do NOT give these people your money if you care about your vehicle. My husband's truck was badly damaged, along with several others, when someone failed to move their vehicle out of the way fast enough after they completed their wash. The conveyor belt shoved all of the vehicles into eachother and caused a pileup. There should be some kind of sensor/safety mechanism in place to stop the belt when there is resistance, but it just kept rolling along, even with vehicle brakes applied. Club Carwash failed to take responsibility to have any of the damage repaired, and didn't even so much as offer an apology or a refund. (Not that it would have even made a dent in the cost of repairs, but it's the principle of the matter.) We had to come out of pocket to fix it, and are unable to persue legal action because of loopholes that allow them to operate without any liability, which they are well aware of. In addition, I personally know SEVEN other individuals who's vehicles were damaged here, and the business has failed to take any accountability whatsoever with any of them. They also hide/delete any negative comments that are left on their Facebook ads, (which is why you can only see a small number of the total comments that were left), and had nothing to say when I asked them why my comment was removed. Just save yourself the headache and $$ and avoid this place at all costs.

  Fraud Alert!!! I signed up for 3 months at $10 each. I had no idea when the offer ended that I would be charged more than $42 per month after that. I canceled, received a notice of cancelation and yet was charged an additional two months. Club Carwash is ripping you off! Check your CC statements if you have canceled, because they are still taking money from you.

  My sister went through this car wash with her brand new car and it left it with all these marks! I have never seen anything like this and am so disappointed! They should take responsibility for this! We’re going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix what this car wash did. DO NOT GO HERE! Or any club car wash for this matter!
