  I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The kids really get the bug gunk off the front of the car and the free towels and window cleaner are something a lot of places don’t have. The vacuums work really well. I love this place.

  Don't expect them to get all the bugs off. Cashier was super nice, they were offering the full package for half price so I figured I'd give it a try. I asked before I went through the line what I should do if they can't get bugs off my car's finish. She said they would rewash the car if needed. But after three times through on the top level wash there were still bugs left from a recent road trip. The attendant at the booth was happy to let me take the three trips through. Washers at the tunnel didn't gave me a chance to roll the window down and make a request before they started spraying the car down so eventually I gave up and cleaned the rest of the car by hand when I got home. In contrast when I used to go through this place when it was Gas And Wash, they would at least ask why I needed to rewash and would focus on the problem areas. Not worth the price tag in my opinion. In all fairness maybe their staff is new and it was the end of the day, and need to get more experience on pre-treating the tough areas before cars go through the tunnel.

  Absolutely trash. If you want your car ruined come here. If you want them to tell you ur lying come here. Ive never canceled a membership so fast in my life second hand witnessed it destroy my friends car and they told her they wont cover next to anything

  I had the absolute best experience at the grand opening of the new Club Car Wash on Jefferson today! I'm honestly astounded and speechless. From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was top-notch. You can tell the employees truly work together as a team, and it shows in their professionalism and positive attitude. The entire place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The best part of the visit was seeing my son's face as we went through the wash. He thought it was magical! He loved every second of it—the lights, the colors, the brushes. It was more than just a car wash; it was a fantastic experience for both of us. I'm so proud of the team they've put together here. Thank you for such a great visit. If you're considering it, I highly recommend signing up for their monthly service. It is absolutely worth it for this level of quality and service!
