- ESEric SSep 10, 20255.0Not sure why this place is rated lower than other nearby car washes. I like this one the best! The employees do a good job pre-washing my car with hand sprayers and the automatic car wash always does a pretty good job. After the wash, you can pull into a shaded parking spot, use the vacuums to clean out the inside of the car, and use free microfiber towels and windex to touch up any spots on the outside. If I had any criticism is that they do some strong upselling for higher tiers of wash and/or monthly subscriptions, but I guess that type of upselling is everywhere these days. The wash itself is great!
- JSJorge SmithAug 30, 20255.0Zips was closed so I came here for the first time. Glad I did. The only automated car wash that washes off the bugs on my Tesla. Vacuum is so strong, it sucked one of my usb cables haha. Workers are nice and plenty of staff to help.
- VGVeronica GarciaAug 26, 20255.0I wish I hadn’t move to Austin! This is the first ever car wash that does a good pre-rinsing back and rear of the car. I don’t know the name of the guys but he made sure he got all the spots. After that my car was spotless. Keep up the good work guys!
- JTJohn TAug 16, 20251.0Dishonest and misleading, avoid this car wash!! I was already paying for a membership. They told me they could switch me to a cheaper plan, but instead they charged me for both memberships and never refunded me. This is a scam, they take your money without delivering what they promise.
- SOSimpel OAug 5, 20251.0I had an account with Club Car Wash and was offered to switch to a “better” plan at a different price. They gave me new stickers for that plan, but then charged me for both plans on the same car in the same month. When I reached out, instead of admitting the mistake or offering a refund, they came back with more confusing “offers” and excuses, like some kind of scam sales pitch, and completely ignored the fact that I was double charged. So now I’ve paid two different prices for the same service on one vehicle, and they’re refusing to make it right. Shady, misleading, and unprofessional. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and money.
