  Absolutely...The worst customer service i've ever dealt with. These car washes will ruin your vehicle over time. Do some research people!!

  I have memberships to car wash businesses in three different states and so far this one does the best job, consistently. Better than hand washing it.

  Great experience every time! The facilities are clean, the wash is thorough, and the staff is always friendly and professional. From the drive-through system to the vacuums and mat cleaners, everything works smoothly and efficiently. Most recently, my girlfriend and I brought her first car in for its first wash, and the experience was even better than expected. The lady helping us was incredibly kind and patient, walking us through the different wash options and helping us choose the right one. She even gave us a few air fresheners, which was such a nice touch. It made a simple car wash feel special, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

  Just got back home after a visit at the club car wash located at Planet Ave. In Salina Kansas. I had a huge amount of bugs on my windshield and front end of my truck. I singled to the attendant (manager on duty) to spay my whole windshield with the bug spray (yellow hose on the left) and he did not. So after going through there was still bugs. So I get back in line and go through the line. Singled the same person to come to the driver's door and I ask him to spray my whole windshield with the bug spray. He walks away and did nothing. The other guy keep singling to come forward and I would not. Finally the other guy (second guy) came up and I singled him to spray my whole windshield and he looks at the manager talk back and forth and second guy finally pick up the hose and sprayed my windshield for about 1 minute. Absolutely ridiculous. If they would have done there job the way they were trained this could have been avoided. I do know normal is not spraying the windshield but in the past when i requests for it to be sprayed they do it (keeps me from goig though again. There is no reason for me to have to go a second time. My opinion if he not wanting to do his job then find another job.
