  Be prepared for a paintless dent repair bill! Small scratch and dent left on my car they refused to help saying it was inconsistent with their car washes. Weird it wasn’t there before the wash, AVOID!!!

  Employee at the gate amazing 5 stars Employee who basically spit on my car before I came in the wash 0 stars disgusting dude. Car wash itself 0/5 there is still bird shit on my windows. $21 that’s insane my car should be clean. Vacuums 10/5 out of this world.

  Been taking my vehicle here for over half a year no issues. All of a sudden I get a car wash and notice a new knick/chip in my paint by my windshield. Go to Club Car Wash file a claim say about a week I'll get a call back. Get an email not a phone call same night saying nothing will be done. Hysterical where else would this have come from I dont even know, but of course its my fault why would someone take responsibility nowadays? I would recommend finding any other car wash as I will be. Also when I came to get my car washed on the same day the person washing the vehicle down seemed to be more into his phone as he started spraying my car then walked away as the other employee shook his head and started to do his job while he sat on his phone. My vehicle obviously isn't a priority to Club Car Wash thats my fault for expecting my vehicle to be taken care of. Lol.

  I am on here to tell you NOT to ever go through Club Car Wash because it could possibly take paint off of your vehicle and they will refuse to pay for damages. I have been a member of Club Carwash for over a year now and have never had any problems until now. Went through their automatic carwash, then went to dry it off and vacuum. While drying it with towels, I saw a huge piece of paint chipped off my front bumper. This was not there before I went into the carwash. One of the employees that was emptying the garbage cans even told us to ask for the manager because other people have filed claims for similar damage at that very location! The manager came out, took pictures, and filed a claim. After talking with 2 different claim representatives, Lori through email and a Brianna over the phone, they said they are not liable for damages because they're automatic carwash machines cannot take paint off of a vehicle unless there's already damage. I tried to tell her she has not shown me any proof of damage to my vehicle prior to entering the carwash, but she claims that their machines cannot take off paint unless there's already a crack or rock in the paint itself. Well they sent me a picture of my car before going through the wash claiming there was already damage done when in fact there was not. It's not even in the right location of where the paint damage was! Still after talking with the representative, they refuse to pay for any of the damages that their business did to my vehicle. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT take your vehicle through Club Carwash in Davenport, IA. Their machines could cause damage to your vehicle and they will refuse to pay for it. They have lost my business and I hope they don't get yours!
