  I wouldn’t bother with any other car wash name in town. Yes, you may get tiny swirls—that’s normal with any automatic wash. The only way to completely avoid them is with a touchless wash. But here, the difference is in the professionalism. From the easy sign-up process to the Windex and towels ready for customers, these guys have everything covered. I couldn’t ask for better service.

  It's the only car wash I use now. There are so many car washes one bad experience I tend to drop them like a hot potato

  Whatever you do do not go to this car wash and do not listen to the workers. They will lie and take more off your card then they said they would. Even though they say it’s a promotion and then when you call corporate, they will blow you off and say “there’s nothing we can do. Sorry, there must have been a misunderstanding of what you heard”. No dumby there was no misunderstanding. It’s on my camera in my car goofy. They lied to get a sale for a company that is not even theirs. I would not recommend them to anybody. It is not cool to play with other people‘s money, big or small. If you like being scammed, go to them. But you were warned.

  Don’t come there if you want your car damaged. They will damage your vehicle and claim that they didn’t cause the damage not to mention the rude, Carwash employees.

  I had a membership for over a year now the last time I went to wash it rip off paint on my hood I submitted a Damage Claim with Jay Snelgrove 2 days later I received an email from them saying that they are not responsible for the damage that happened because of previous damage. Mind you they clearly didn’t check the camera footage of when I first pulled in there because if they did, they would’ve know there was no damage or no imperfections of where the damage occurred at. I’ve previously worked in a car wash, so I already knew . They were gonna try to claim and say that they didn’t do it, but the fact that they didn’t even try to check the camera footage and just claim they didn’t do it because the previous damage when there was no damage there in the first place. It shows the kind of company that this is. There have been multiple one star reviewed within the last few months of this particular store, whether it be rude employees are damage to people’s vehicles. I have been a customer for over a year now you they have received over $325 from me with my $35 membership which is the best plan mind you. you don’t receive that every single time you go through there. that the best plan they have there’s no reason I should be receiving any damage to my vehicle. And I have been to this location, plenty of times this is not the first time this specific location has caused damage to my vehicle. The first time it left swirl marks on my black paint. The second time it left a scratch near my front bumper, but I didn’t say anything because it was something small. But the fact that you guys aren’t checking the camera footage and saying that you guys aren’t responsible for it when you clearly are, it shows a lot about this company so you guys no longer have my business or my money. If you want you vehicle to be damaged and deal with rude Carwash employees don’t go here. Look at the reviews before you come it speaks volumes.
