Mike and Sherri are absolutely outstanding with customer service, amazing to work with, and very prompt in answering any questions. Mike does the measurements and work all himself, he will not stop until the job is finished to his satisfaction. He does a wonderful job and didn't even mind my 4 year old watching him and asking thousands of questions about what he was doing. Mike welcomed the questions and was so kind to our daughter as she "checked" on him many times through the day. The work is amazing and looks perfect. I would recommend Cloos to anyone and everyone who needs any type of flooring. Mike will give you his thoughts and recommendations about the choices you make. He is so easy to work with to get exactly what you want.

The kitchen floor probably was the original in my home and therefore an antique. The kitchen floor was replaced with new sub floor and the new vinyl floor is an absolute beauty. It changed the whole look in my house. Mr. Cloos is a dedicated hard worker who showed up at the time he said he would. He worked on my kitchen floor and would not give up until everything was to his and my satisfaction I highly recommend Cloos Carpeting for any plans one has for remodeling.
