  Hi, I sincerely wanted to thank Ms. Clary for her outstanding help, patience, availability, pleasantness, and good humor, during my renewal process for both car and homeowner policies. I needed to call and get information and documents sent to me, at least 3 times (or more) and she was always willing to assist quickly and more importantly with a smile in her voice. I've dealt with on line or phone reps from many companies for many years, and must say she was the best ever. She treated me like a valuable customer, and even like a friend. Employees like Erica are impossible to find anymore. She's, as they say, "a keeper" for sure. I look forward to working with her at next renewal time. Very sincerely, Arnie Glauser.
