  Very unprofessional, low quality service and badly managed. Owner of the company loves to go around and harass security guards of other companies employed elsewhere. And after speaking to some of his former employees from the hartford area, I discovered that they don’t even sign a W2 and in many cases are only paid through CashApp. Not to mention their employees aren’t paid very well to begin with. They need to be reported to the labor department.

  Very unprofessional. I call inquiring about the courses offered and wanted to secure a spot in an upcoming class. I get told to text a number my name and time for the course that was scheduled for the following week. I am told that you pay after the course has ended and so I was prepared to do that. A week goes by and I head downtown to my course at 9:30 AM and find that they are not even at the facility in which they offer the course and they are closed. I sat waited for 30 minutes, texted the number to let them know that I had been waiting…Nothing. I waisted my time but thankfully not my money. I just was prepared for the course
