- SCSean CulbertsonOct 9, 20251.0This company is not interested in customer service and will waste your time. The repair technician did not show during the 2 hr appointment window, 2 - 4 pm. When I got home at 2:00 pm sharp there was a card in the door from the technician having arrived earlier. There was no attempt to contact me to adjust the arrival time, and he did not bother to wait until the scheduled time. I left multiple voicemails with the office number, and they don't bother calling back. This is a very unprofessional way to treat customers, especially on an initial visit for HVAC repair. I went out of my way to make this time work, and they don't show up when promised or communicate need for a change effectively.

They arrived when scheduled, completed the work without delays and cleaned up. Very professional company. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Thank You.
- AGAlicia GoldJan 24, 20175.0I never write reviews, but Climate Pro is so good I had to! Warren was able to fit me in immediately when my house was getting colder by the minute. He was able to quickly figure out what was going wrong, took pictures so he could explain everything and then fixed the furnace without leaving a trace! His prices are reasonable and he does quality work. A couple of years ago, he replaced the furnace at my mom's place - again, very clean and reasonable on the price. He also does an awesome cleaning/maintenance job - you won't be disappointed. Five stars and a big thumbs up!
