- SOSandy OConnell1 day ago3.0I totally appreciate how understanding and considerate Oscar is and he did a great job cleaning my furnace. What I don’t understand is why it should cost $500 for the cleaning. I pay a monthly fee to Climate Care to service my furnace and AC and I understand there might be additional charges. But if a normal cleaning takes an hour should an additional hour cost me $500. Seems a bit much !

Im extremely happy on how it keeps the temperature how i like it that's extremely important here in the valley! Alan came a few days after to guide me on how the system works and how efficient it is and how to properly use the thermostat! If I could give it 10 stars I would..plus the efficiency means more money back in my pocket

He took the time to explain everything in detail; what was working well, what needed attention, and what to watch out for in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and the clear breakdown of my options without any pressure to make unnecessary repairs. Great quality of service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Alen went above and beyond in every aspect of the visit. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. He didn’t just rush through the job—he thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested everything to make sure my system was running safely and efficiently for the winter. He also offered helpful tips for maintenance and energy savings, which I really appreciated. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats a customer’s home with genuine care and respect. Climate Care is lucky to have him on their team! Highly recommend both the company and Alen Corona—outstanding service that truly exceeded expectations.
