They called ahead of my scheduled time saying they were on their way and it was about an hour before I would be ready to meet them at our scheduled time. Not only did they say “ok no problem we’ll see you at the scheduled time”, but they were cheerful and kind about it. They arrived at the scheduled time and introduced themselves and got to work. They were gentlemen (didn’t let us lift a finger), professional, polite, and very efficient. They safely and securely transported my oven from across town and from start to finish were done within an hour. They were amazing and I will only recommend Cleveland Bass Movers from here on out!
