This place, y'all, is THE place. I'm a 4-star, Sheraton guy -- Clementine Inn is certainly a 3-star (no daily housekeeping) but the rooms are clean, big, quiet, comfortable and sunny. Very lovely experience. The thing that'll get me to return is their breakfast, specifically the belgian waffle makers and takeaway coffee cups.

I was going to write a review just pointing out the mediocrity of the rooms for the ridiculous price you pay, but not after my experience with management. Positive: the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. Thats about it. The king suite is alright but the bathroom is abysmally tiny; think closet sized.Definitely don’t stay if you have lots of kids. The wifi also wasn’t very good. It was slow at times and is an unprotected network, meaning anyone can access your data. There’s also a bizarre TV placement right in the wall between the bed and sofa so you can’t actually sit infront of it and watch. They also have poor plumbing, i could hear it dripping. Onto the main gripe though…we accidentally left a black bag(NOT a garbage bag) in the bathroom area full of dirty clothes because they didn’t actually bother to provide you with your own plastic bags, like most hotels. We left it by mistake and housekeeping couldn’t be bothered to check and make sure what was actually IN the bag and threw it away! Unrecoverable and they refused ANY compensation for our clothes! Not even a free stay or anything. I wouldn’t have taken it by the way but it’s the principle of the thing. The general manager b!tched at me when I demanded such and LIED telling me they aren’t owned by anyone! Clementine Suites is owned by Aimbridge Hospitality. I know because my partner works for them and thats how we won a free stay! I was just so frustrated by the lack of ANY attempt of a resolution on the manager, Alex’s, part that I couldn’t think of it in the moment. Do NOT stay here. They don’t care about you or even really pretend to like every other hotel and suite i’ve stayed at. I will be considering reaching out to corporate in the coming days.

I had my friend out of the country stay here for almost a month! Her experience went very well until her last day, when she was doing her laundry around 2am and the security guard approached her. He began making sexual comments towards her, asking if she was single and making extremely inappropriate comments about her body, while she was alone in the laundry room. My friend was visiting as a tourist, with two young children, and had no idea how to react in the situation except run and lock herself in her room. She called me completely terrified and distraught. This is already inappropriate coming from a stranger who is staying on the property, but this was the SECURITY GUARD!! How does something like this happen from an employee of a hotel!? Especially an employee who is supposed to be ensuring their guests feel safe and secure. This hotel is next to Disneyland for crying out loud! With families being their main customers. Absolutely disgusting and repulsive. I really hope they fired the security guard after she explained to management what happend the next morning. Watch your children please!

Stayed in the two bedroom loft suite with four adults and three kids. 4 nights in late September. The hotel, suite, breakfast, location, and service all exceeded our expectations. We walked to and from hotel each day. To Disney. Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed here for our disney trip, overall we had a decent time. The service at the hotel is amazing from our experience, we were able to get early check-in for no additional cost making our arrival date great; the breakfast buffet was average exactly what you’d except from a free breakfast. The front desk was very kind helped us get a late check out for a small fee that aligned with our flight that had gotten changed, we were able to set a time of check out for when we’d be leaving the hotel. Our room was good and comfortable the idea of a full kitchen was good we just didn’t use it. If you’d be cooking or need storage for anything that must be kept cold this could be a good choice. The location is the only slight negative, is only about a 10-15 minute walk to disneyland depending on how fast you walk. It can feel a little uneasy late at night (11/11:30pm) if walking back from disney. It is right near the Anaheim Garden Walk, which has a good few things to see. I wouldn’t stay here again only due to personal preference of walking distance to disney as that is the purpose of my trips to anaheim. If the walk is not a problem for you/your party i would recommend the stay!
