  The animal clinic was very clean and staff attentive and quick to get my little yorkie right in and out. They even,for short time there,15-20 min max wrapped my doggie in a blanket bc they sensed she was cold. I found that very thoughtful and kind. Great experience!! Best I have had in years!!

  Prices there are ridiculous they charged me for a health certificate 4x market rate - if it’s not urgent don’t go there

  I had such a pleasant experience today at the Clematis Animal Clinic. I took my kitty in to get her health certificate for travel back home to Switzerland from Florida. The vet kindly informed me that because she already has a passport, she didn't need the additional health certificate. They could have easily missed this detail, or went ahead with the certification process and charged me for it, but instead, they educated me and sent me on my way. When I offered to pay something for the visit, they wouldn't accept. As a first-time traveler from the U.S. with my cat, this information was invaluable. Thank you so much for being on top of it, and the kind and generous way you handled the situation. I highly recommend the team at Clematis Animal Clinic!
