  Incredible service from my first contact (phone and text) to Dillon showing up and doing a great job! They are very transparent and Dillon walked me through everything he was going to do, so I could make a very informed decision. The work went quickly and was excellent. can’t say enough, superb service and thank you to the entire TEAM!!!

  The technician was friendly and helpful, however he accidentally broke the tank on my vintage 1977 toilet by using a plumbers wrench to tighten down the plastic portion of a new flush handle. He then had to replace it with an entire new low flow toilet that has a fraction of the flushing power that the old one did. They did make it right which is much appreciated. I understand that these things sometimes happen, but it’s still a bummer. The don’t make toilets like they used to…

  I called and set up an appointment and although the first call and appt got lost in the ozone they gave me the first appointment the very next day. Fixed my sinks. All is done. Pricing is a bit high but work is warrantied. All in all quite satisfied,

  Cleary Plumbing came to help me with a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. Daniel was very courteous and professional. He even gave a quick diagnosis of plumbing work I had done by a different company a week prior and pointed out a handful of examples of the work done incorrectly. I am happy to move forward with Cleary as my preferred plumbing service.

  NO PIPE DREAM HERE! Everything they promised was delivered and more! I am overwhelmed by the extraordinary service I received from Cleary Plumbing. Rona in the front office, listened patiently and responded to my frantic request for help by promising assistance bright and early the next day. Their plumber, CJ, arrived and immediately took control of a bad situation involving a leak and mold damage. CJ meticulously surveyed the plumbing and using state-of-the-art technology, swiftly discovered the root cause of the leak, repaired all faulty plumbing and even recommended a mold mitigation and demolition team. CJ was so thorough, confident and capable, I asked him if he was part owner of the company. I was surprised when he said no. When a service provider is that dedicated to the reputation of his company and the satisfaction of the customer, you have scored big! Within a few hours, the plumbing nightmare was fixed and I had a strong plan in place to handle the remainder of a very big project. Later that day, I discovered stains on another part of the ceiling in my house. Oh No! I called Cleary Plumbing back, and I couldn't believe it, but they sent CJ back ( at no further cost to me) to assess the problem! CJ crawled into the attic, navigated sauna-like conditions in the duct work and determined the cause of these new problem areas. He came back with more solutions and suggestions. Plumbing issues are no joke, and I am thrilled to be able to recommend such an extraordinary company to anyone in need. I know I have found my forever plumber.
