  Staff were helpful and friendly, but didn’t seem to have any idea where you can bike nearby, which kind of defeats the point. The suggestions they gave were very confusing, and we had multiple issues with the bikes. I love that this exists, but I would suggest they work up some maps or other suggestions and pay closer attention to the repair of their bikes. Parents, be particularly careful if you use on of their tag along trailers.

  I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience while renting my scooter here. it made exploring the area so much more fun and convenient. What really stood out, though, was Brandon. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and reliable. All of my 5 days here on vacation i was amazed, i watched him work very hard so that we could enjoy our vacation and i truly want to give him the recognition he deserves. Always friendly, very accommodating, and constantly going the extra mile to make sure everything was running perfectly. We can’t wait to come back!

  Don't rent here. Scooter was a dud. Didn't go over 25 mph per radar on road, other people with me got a key that was bent got stuck in and broke off. Other individual had no headlight we had to ride without her at night. The worst part is the owner lied said he would refund us then lied about doing so. Place is a joke compared to Way better services nearby around.If I could Id give 0 stars. However the younger guys were at least helpful and could only relay the unprofessionalism character of the owner. He says they refunded however my bank account said pending then disappeared. Never got a refund not a single one of us in the group.

  Rented mopeds for three days. Light was broken on one of them so couldn’t even drive at night. My moped, was given with a Bent key which resulted with the key snapping in the ignition and could not get it started for an entire day. Called and emailed the shop with no response. By the time we got to the shop the next day we got charged with a 90$ key fee as we had to wait for over a hour to get our mopeds back. Overall was a complete disaster and terrible management from Mike. The workers handled it the best they could, but completely inconsiderate treatment from the owner. Highly not recommended. Refunds were promised and never followed through with. My girlfriend Moped had a broken light. Your employee had to fix it for a hour and do an oil change becuase one of the other mopeds could barley keep up with bicycle speeds.

  Light was broke on my scooter. Managment never returned my call about the issue. Super frustrating. Had to showed up and had to waste time going back and fourth on if I can get a pro rated rate or prorated discount. No ability to swap a different scooter. Rent somewhere else beware of this place due unmainted scooters and terrible communication / customer service. service desk associates were great! Edited to address the company's response below. The refund discussed was canceled, hence the review. The headlight was not working, and when brought to the shop a new one was replaced on my time, hence the 'discount/ refund' for lost time om both vacation and the scooter. The headlight needed to be duct taped down in prder to stay on which qas provided by the conpany. Please be cautions when renting from this business.
