  We've purchased several homes over the years, and Mitch's inspection was by far the most thorough and comprehensive. His report spelled out issues in detail, telling us what needed to be fixed or addressed without the "drama" that we've seen from some inspectors. We would not hesitate to use him again, and recommend him very highly.

  Mitch was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to schedule my home inspection. He arrived on time and was really good about explaining what he was looking for and what he found. He really helped me get a clear understanding about the things that weren't quite right, what needed to be done to resolve the issues, and how critical their repair would be so that I could prioritize the scheduling of the work. I highly recommend Mitch for home inspections. He's great about educating prospective buyers on the property being considering for a purchase. I learned a lot from him. You can't go wrong by hiring Mitch to do your home inspection.

  First interaction was Mitch showing up earlier than the 10 min early I showed up. He was already conducting the outside inspection. Mitch does not waste time and is thorough. On the property I am looking at he found a small gas leak and it’s new construction. He delivers a great service.

  Mitch recently inspected a house we were purchasing on the peninsula. We were overwhelmed by how thorough and thoughtful he was. He was extremely patient explaining to my wife and I the various findings of the house and urgency of different required repairs. We are very hopeful to keep up the relationship as he was so informative and helpful in the process and clearly knew what he was doing. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him.
