  Had an appointment in the spring. The office called to confirm the day before matching the time I had for the appointment. Drive an hour in and was told I was 1/2 hour late and they couldn’t fit me in! I had a hearing test scheduled prior to my appointment with John. I said I received a phone call the day before with this time. The girl maintained I was wrong. I asked who made the call and she said she did. I told her she confirmed the time that I arrived and she insisted I was wrong! The next appointment, another hour drive in, there was a note on the door they had moved! Here I was on time again and had no clue where they had moved to! Any other business would have sent a letter to inform you of the move. I tried to find their new place but got lost. Had my husband call as I was too upset to call from car and didn’t have their number. They maintained they told me at the last appt!….which was another lie. I will never return to that office again. Shane on the way they treat their customers. The former receptionist was a doll and bent over backwards to help you. This new one blamed the customer for her mistakes!

  My husband has been a patient here for ~2 yrs. First, we were not informed that our Dr was no longer established here. She has left the practice. We arrived ~ 5 min late for our appointment, I apologized due to my husband advanced Parkinsons Dz and use of a walker etc. The receptionist advised us to sit and someone would be with us. I asked if we could be billed for this visit (as was done in the past) because I neglected to bring our check book in the rush. She stated that if we were billed we could pay an additional $10. I advised her that I would return with my check book. (we live close!). This is relatively new - they accept credit cards but there is a charge for using plastic). The Dr did not tell me her name or credentials. This was the first time I saw her. I was completely surprised at this office receptionist and MD who were not at all like the prior professionals we have dealt with.

  Great people!!! You will always feel welcome. Every visit, no matter which provider you see, you're in great hands! They will listen to you, and make sure you can listen back! I highly recommend!
