  Last week, I had the privilege of driving an elderly woman to the doctor. She lives temporarily in the nursing home and requested I use her car. Her car had not been moved in probably over a year. It was a white car at one time but was mostly black from dirt, bugs, tree sap and grime. I just couldn’t show up with her car like that. I stopped by Clean Car to run it through the wash. At the time, I didn’t have a lot of money on me and was just going to do the basic wash. Ashley suggested the higher level of washes, I then shared my why. Then…. Ashley and John blew my mind. They gave me the highest level of wash for FREE. When I came out and it was still not great because the car was really really dirty, they ran the car through again for FREE. That is going above and beyond!! That is Waterloo-style! That is community! I only wish Ashley and John could have seen the car owner’s face when I pulled up “at her service” with her shiny clean car. It was priceless! Thank you for caring! 🫶
