He is always friendly, very professional, and he is diligent in keeping everything neat and orderly. Because why clean(wash) clothes in a dirty place!? Highly recommend this location if not for anything, but to experience pleasantly accommodating staff members like LG!

My first visit a month ago she helped me with a card machine that took my money at first but wouldn't apply the new cash balance. She immediately came to investigate what had went wrong with that transaction and fixed a minor error. Also, in the same visit helped me with a dryer door that refused to close do to a loose rubber along the door. My entire washing experience that day she was just very pleasant, consistently attentive and generally on top of tending to other customer requests as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness/orderliness of the store. She definitely rates high in my book for excellent customer service skills. I feel she definitely she be given a raise, and/or promotion or some sort extra added measure of appreciation for being a great employee. Definitely a great reflection on the company and this location specifically.
