  BEWARE of using any pickup/drop-off or delivery service from this business — you risk getting your clothes LOST or MISHANDLED!!! I had been using their pickup/delivery service for about a year and never had any major issues until recently. Whoever handled my order between the evening of Friday 10/24/2025–10/25/2025 at the 8905 Flatlands Ave location mixed up my clothes with someone else’s. My clothes are STILL missing as of today. I even returned the wrong items in good faith, but my missing clothes were never found or returned. Please also keep in mind that this laundromat is not within walking distance from my residence, so while I was dealing with this issue, I had to spend MY OWN MONEY on Ubers just to try to resolve an issue that was caused on their end. After a few follow-ups, the customer service representative offered me $75 instead of a full refund that I requested — even though the value of my clothes was worth FAR more than that, (in addition to the $110 service I paid for) I had to chase them for updates on a mistake that THEY made. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Clean Rite after being a loyal customer. Over the course of the year, I gave this company $1,162.52 in business. I will not be using this service again and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you do decide to use them, wash your clothes YOURSELVES!!

  The Manager saved my items even after 30 days. I paid for a same day pick up and was held done 29 days later. Got my Booper blanket back just in time❄️ Greatess experience since first transaction. Thanks for joining the Canarsie community. Satisfied❣️

  I had a great experience at this laundromat ! Shondelle was very attentive and helpful ! She even helped me out with a dryer that was broken ;) Excellent service and friendly staff ! Thank you Shondelle !

  I come to the laundromat quick often. Time after time they continue to amaze me even when I am not doing laundry. Sometimes I order Ubereats to this location as I complete my laundry. One day I ordered uber eats while I as was at home and forgot to change the address. The manager said it’s not a problem and brought my food to my home!! Amazing service from everyone at the location!

  Yes is very clean and quieter than most places . but you pay for the dryers and if you have alot of machines it adds up the ladies at front desk are nice . You have to pay for a card to use the machine is 3 dollars the Machine prices are not always the same price they seem to go up with every visit .
