Immediately, I went to Yelp and found the company with the highest and most well reviewed plumber. The response was so quick via text, so I called right away and they sent out Steven the technician to come out the same day, it was a Sunday afternoon! Steven was very friendly and the big, pink van showed up for October. He assessed the situation right away and had to cut out a hole in the wall to get to the broken water pipe. I asked him to go ahead and fix it that day and he went and got all the parts to do the job, what a lifesaver! The leak was running out into my garage and it started to go down the driveway. Thank goodness for this company, do not call anyone else! I'm serious. This company also installed a brand new toilet on the spot because my relative asked for that at the very end. Steven was nice enough to help bring the new toilet to the house and he's really strong because he carried the entire thing himself. He must work out. He's so sweet but I just saw him as a big guy with angel wings. Thank you again!
