This is the best restoration company that you’ll find; trust me…I contacted multiple companies before I was lucky enough to have Miles recommended to me. I do have high standards for those who work on my home and he has exceeded every expectation and more. Not only has he literally came over on a holiday weekend while our house was flooding to help try to save what we could, he has been knowledgable, responsive, respectful, kind, has the best price by far and away (quite frankly, I don’t feel that he charges enough) , and is incredibly dedicated to helping his customers. During an extreme stressful time, his help, knowledge, and willingness to answer a million questions has been tremendous. He is honest, has a great crew who know what they’re doing, and will be your biggest advocate when needed.
If you have any recent damage from the storms to your home or face an unfortunate event like we did, this should be your first call. I promise you won’t regret it.

Highly recommend this company. They performed some work in the crawl space and handled some moisture issues and dehumidification. Very trustworthy. Also easy to work with and had great communication.
Frequently Asked Questions About Clean Green Restoration
Why is smoke residue just as dangerous as the flames of a fire?
Smoke residue, or soot, is a hazardous byproduct of incomplete combustion. It contains harmful substances like carbon monoxide, benzene, formaldehyde, and heavy metals. Exposure can lead to various health issues, including respiratory problems and skin irritation. Beyond health concerns, smoke residue can cause significant property damage, resulting in discoloration, corrosion, and persistent odors. Additionally, water used in firefighting efforts often necessitates water damage repairs, compounding the restoration process.
What does CGR do to be more eco-friendly when it comes to fire restoration?
At Clean Green Restoration, we prioritize eco-friendly practices in our fire restoration processes. We utilize environmentally safe products and equipment whenever possible. During water damage repairs and other restoration activities, we make a concerted effort to recycle removed materials, thereby minimizing our environmental impact.
What is fire damage restoration?
Fire damage restoration is a comprehensive process that involves cleaning and rebuilding a property after a fire incident. Once all hazardous materials are safely removed from the site, our restoration experts begin necessary tasks such as water damage repairs and other crucial work. Our ultimate goal is to restore your property to its pre-fire condition.
What should I do after a water damage event?
In the event of water damage, your first priority should be ensuring the safety of yourself, your family, or your employees. Avoid areas with standing water or potential electrical hazards. If necessary, turn off the main water supply and electricity. Contact a plumber to address any required plumbing repairs. Then, reach out to a professional water damage restoration company like Clean Green Restoration for a prompt inspection. We'll assess the damage and initiate the restoration process. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may need to file a claim with your insurance provider.
Does insurance cover water damage restoration?
Many homeowners' insurance policies include coverage for water damage restoration and repairs. However, the extent of coverage can vary based on specific policy terms and conditions. Some policies may have limitations or exclusions for certain types of damages or expenses. We recommend carefully reviewing your policy and contacting your insurance company promptly after a water damage incident to initiate a claim and obtain an estimate.
How do I know when my property is completely dry?
During the drying phase of water damage repairs, we employ advanced tools such as moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras. These instruments allow us to accurately measure the moisture content of materials and ambient humidity levels. We continue the drying process until all materials reach industry-standard moisture levels. Throughout this process, we conduct regular monitoring visits to document progress and adjust equipment as necessary.
How long will the restoration process take?
The duration of the restoration process can vary significantly based on the extent of the damage. In our experience, a straightforward water loss might be resolved in less than a week. More complex cases could require up to two weeks for mitigation. The complete restoration, including any necessary mold removal services, may take several weeks to months, depending on the severity of the damage. At Clean Green Restoration, we'll provide you with a detailed timeline to help you understand what to expect during the restoration journey.
What are the early signs of mold damage?
Mold growth often manifests through visual cues or distinctive odors. It thrives in environments with excessive moisture. Indoor humidity levels exceeding 45% can create ideal conditions for mold colonies to develop. Mold can appear on various surfaces and often produces a musty or damp smell in affected areas. If you notice these indicators, it's advisable to seek professional mold removal services to address the issue promptly and prevent further damage.
Can I treat mold damage on my own?
While minor mold issues can sometimes be addressed independently, it's always advisable to seek a professional assessment. At Clean Green Restoration, we're equipped to inspect any mold-related concerns you may have. If necessary, we can provide expert mold removal services to effectively address the problem.
How does Clean Green Restoration treat mold eco-consciously?
Clean Green Restoration adheres to the IICRC standard for mold remediation and removal services. We collaborate with local hygienists and Indoor Environmental Professionals (IEPs) to ensure our remediation process is both effective and environmentally responsible. This approach allows us to address mold issues thoroughly while maintaining our commitment to eco-friendly practices.
