We tried to trouble shooting things over the phone even though he was on his way to a work site. He did give me helpful instructions and although it fixed my problem for short time, the problem resurfaced. He came out and was able to change a part on the spot. So the next day same error code came up on the HVAC system. Called Carlos, he came out and finally found out the issue. Ever since I've had no issues. Carlos is very pleasant and easy going and will answer any questions you have. I would highly recommend. Side Note : (My issues were covered under warranty, so I made no direct payments to Carlos and was treated like a paying customer)
