We visited for my daughter’s birthday primarily for the pool. We have visited many times in the past. I called to confirm the pool would be open the day before our stay. We arrived and the pool was closed for our entire stay. Additionally, this place has really taken a turn for the worst. The rooms are dirty and dingy, the entire place smells like marijuana (i smoke myself, but not with my kids), and it is in serious need of some upkeep. When we got to our first room (before we moved), it clearly hadn’t been cleaned and after we moved it was clear that maintenance hadn’t visited in months. We stayed three years in a row and they have failed to resolve this super frustrating issue, so we won’t be staying again. Super disappointing!

Stayed here a few days and was disappointed in the room. We weren't aware that the tower we were placed in was not renovated. It's pretty deceptive because the new rooms are close to a 4 star hotel and the older rooms are not well maintained. Our bathroom had missing tile, rusty fixtures, and water damage on the sheet rock. 2 of the 4 days we stayed, our room cards quit working. The toilet had a squeaky fill valve and often ran randomly. The pillows had security tags in them. They did have a breakfast buffet available every morning, but the flavor and quality so so. The omelets were actually pretty good. We expected to pay for parking all 4 days, but the weekend was free. Overall the staff was nice and tried to be helpful. They advised calling ahead next time to ensure that you get a room in one of the renovated towers.

Absolutely wonderful! I saw mixed reviews so I was hesitant but this place is amazing. It's clean, well appointed, the staff is amazing and so friendly. Excellent customer service. Ms. Pat and Tameka were wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. Val's omelet was out of this world and the waffles were fluffy and crisp, melt in your mouth. This isn't a bar stool and counter in the lobby breakfast. Its a sit down restaurant with great service and all the fixings. And it's included in the price... you just can't beat this. I'm a bit of a travel snob and when I say this hotel is top notch, I mean it. Thanks for a great stay!

Rooms were average for the price. The bathroom is high tech the complimentary breakfast is 5/5 no complaints there. Parking is a mess low clearance parking costs $6 a day unless you want to go out several times then it is pay every time you leave. “Oversized parking “ $20 which is a scam. Parking should be built into price. No smart TV and you are unable to switch sources so no gaming or Roku. Pool and game room are out untill may of next year, just another disappointment that should not be listed under amenities untill it is open again. I travel a decent amount for work and I have stayed at better hotels for cheaper. As for privacy and security. THE DOOR TO THE HALLWAY HAS A 3 INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM.

Poor service from the desk staff who struggled to smile and never greeted me as if I was a welcomed guest. Sort of just sat there and mumbled direction about parking and a temporary fee for incidentals during my stay. Told me about parking fees… however because it was Saturday and I had a one night stay, it would have been nice to know that parking is free over the weekend. Never even directed us to the elevator or mentioned anything about the complimentary breakfast. My wife read about it in the room. In short, customer service and making you feel welcome was subpar.. at best. The parking garage location from lobby is inconvenient and because of the lack of assistance from the staff… challenging to navigate from the lobby to. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable. The shower was nice as well. Asking for extra towels or pillows to be delivered to your room will not happen. They were too busy at the desk eating their snack chips… literally had a can of them on check in desk. Again, classless and pathetically unprofessional. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and very nice. The hostess and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall… we won’t return… I’d rather spend my money at another hotel where you feel welcomed and appreciated. I intend on sharing this experience with my friends, family and colleagues.
