Jonathan was the sales rep that assisted me on the home tours, and he was absolutely wonderful. He showed me several homes based on my needs & preferences, & was both knowledgeable and personable. The homes were beautiful, spacious, well-appointed, and reasonably priced in this market. Great job Jonathan & great job Clayton Homes!
- CVCelina VazquezOct 19, 20254.0We bought a manufactured home from Clayton Homes of Dublin, GA, over a year ago. Our salesperson was Matt. He was terrific about getting us the information, letting us know how the process went from start to finish. Overall, I will say Matt was great. Now, as a warning, he will get busy, and you will have to reach out if you want updates. Not that he didn’t communicate, but the fact that for a period, there may not be any news, and for those of you buying for the first time, like we did, it can be nerve-racking not to get news. Our home was complete in December 2024. We were excited and thrilled. Now, for those who have this as their first experience, I will say be ready for some letdowns. The people making the homes are in a hurry, don’t care about the work they are doing, and for those of us who are paying a mortgage, it won't be enjoyable. But reach out to Clayton, and what they can fix, they will. Overall, will I ever buy another home from Clayton Homes in Dublin? Probably not. If I do it again, I will go to someone who holds higher standards in the work they do, especially for a home that I know will be lived in.

Matt was our salesperson and he was so patient and even worked on his days off to help us find the perfect home for us. Matt was nothing but transparent with about everything and Matt found our dream home within the budget that gave him.

We gave our down payment on a Tuesday and they sold the house to a cash buyer the very next day. Brad the salesman and his manager have no problem doing customers dirty. It took two weeks for us to get our money back and we had to drive down there to get it. Other Clayton Homes sales people at different locations are shocked by the business practice when we told the experience we had with Dublin. All I will say is that Karma is always watching!
