I have been working directly with Tucker and he has been very knowledgeable he has walked me through every step of this process like we are family being this is my first time buying a home I have a lot of questions. Tucker took his time and walked me through every home they had that was within the budget I set for them and was able to answer any question I had on the spot. I honestly don't think I have experienced customer service like this before. Working with Tucker has felt like working with a family member or a close friend rather than a business transaction. His boss Dustin was extremely nice and welcoming also. Call them up and ask for Tucker for your next home!

I wasn’t even sure about buying a MH when I first called, but Dustin and Breana were super friendly and encouraging and the application process was way easier than I expected it to be. They were also very helpful in moving the process along quickly for me as soon as I had my lending secured. I was on a tight timeframe trying to get my place situated in the right school district in time for the start of the school year for my son and they cheerfully made sure it happened! I can’t recommend this team highly enough (shoutout also to Rick who’s been fantastic at helping handle all the post installation setup & support)!
